Landmark Court (this website) is a private, non-commercial community site for residents of the Landmark Court neighborhood. By requesting an account, you agree to these terms.
This site is for residents of Landmark Court only. Every account request is reviewed and manually approved by an HOA admin, who may decline or remove access at their discretion — most commonly if the requester isn't a current resident, or if the account information doesn't match an address in the neighborhood.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, address, contact info, and anything you choose to post). Please let an admin know if your address or household changes.
Please use this site respectfully, the way you'd want a neighbor to. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, or abusive; don't use the directory or contact information for solicitation, marketing, or resale; and don't use the site for anything other than neighborhood community purposes.
You retain ownership of anything you post (feed posts, comments, event details, recommendations, etc.), but by posting it here you're allowing it to be shown to other approved residents of the neighborhood. An admin may remove content that violates these terms.
This site is run informally as a convenience for the neighborhood, on a best-effort basis, and is provided “as is” without any warranty. It is not a substitute for official HOA governing documents, records, or legal notices, which remain controlled by the HOA board.
These terms, and the site itself, may change over time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
