Landmark Court (this website) is a private community site built for the residents of the Landmark Court neighborhood. It is not a commercial product, and access is limited to approved residents only. This page explains what information we collect and how it's used.
When you request an account, we collect your name, home address, email address, an optional phone number, and a password (or, if you choose to sign in with Google, your name and email address from your Google account instead of a password). If you choose to, you may also add the names and ages of children in your household, post messages or comments to the neighborhood feed, RSVP to events, or upload links to shared documents. An admin also tracks whether your household has paid its annual HOA dues.
Everything you provide is used solely to run this private neighborhood site — the household directory, the community feed, the events calendar, and HOA record-keeping. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with any third party, and there is no advertising on this site.
Only approved residents can see any information on this site — every new account is manually approved by an HOA admin before it can access anything. You control whether your email and phone number are visible to other residents in your profile settings; your name and address are always visible to other approved residents, since that's the basis of the household directory. This site is not indexed by search engines.
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from Google in order to create or match your account. We don't post anything on your behalf, and we don't access any other data in your Google account.
A parent or guardian may optionally list their own children's names and ages under their household — this information is never collected directly from children, and is visible only to other approved residents, never publicly.
Passwords are hashed (never stored as plain text) and the site is served over an encrypted connection. We use a single cookie to keep you signed in — we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. No online system can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can update or remove your information, or delete your account entirely, at any time by contacting an HOA admin.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new date at the top.
